OBJECTIVE

Transform a global sales kickoff into a cohesive, brand-led experience that energizes employees and partners, aligns teams around a new strategic narrative, and reflects the scale and ambition of the business. Elevate SKO beyond a traditional internal event into a high-impact, immersive environment that reinforces storytelling and connection at every touchpoint.

 

Elevating SKO into a unified brand experience

Led the end-to-end creative direction for a multi-million-dollar global event, defining the vision and execution across stage, content, digital, and physical environments. Beginning with early concept development and site planning, partnered with cross-functional teams and agencies to establish a cohesive event brand system and deliver a fully integrated experience. From keynote storytelling and motion design to expo environments, event platforms, and experiential details. Leveraged a theater-scale venue to introduce a more cinematic stage design, including a large-format screen, 3D ripple structure, and dynamic lighting sequences that transformed the space throughout the program. Embedded a new brand narrative across all moments of the event, while elevating the experience through high-impact moments including a live drumline opening, a closing celebration sponsored by AWS, and a featured session with Ethan Mollick on AI.

Results

Delivered the most ambitious and cohesive SKO to date, elevating the event into a fully immersive brand experience that aligned teams around a new strategic narrative and raised the bar for creative execution across the organization.
